Brian and Christina are getting married!

As the time to start finding a location is nearing, the panic of a "small" budget is starting to sink in. where do you cut? Tell cousins no, you can't come? No flowers? Cut those things that you really want? Man, this planning is going far more difficult than I anticipated.

I am hoping that we can find a location that is budget friendly that has what Brian really wants - water of some sort.
